A Month of Thankfulness: Day Fourteen

As I slip further into hypothyroidism in preparation for my scan and treatment, I am experiencing more and more of those unpleasant symptoms. The temperature has been almost 60 degrees F. this afternoon but I am really cold. So I am thanking God today for warm clothes and hot tea. They both feel like my personal blessings right now.

What good gift are you thanking God for today? Please share and join in the thanksgiving at Rebecca Writes.

Oh, Dorothy, I'm sorry you are having symptoms now but I am glad that you are getting closer to where you need to be! I'm praying you will get to the levels you need to be quickly so that you can get back on your synthroid as quickly as possible!

Oh, I'm so sorry you're chilled and uncomfortable. There's nothing like a pot of tea and warm things to help them subside. I've had those thyroidish chills, and they're not pleasant. I pray that you'll be feeling better soon!

I'm sorry you're cold and having worse symptoms. :-( Being cold all by itself is no fun. May this time pass quickly for you as you wait on your scans and treatment.

I'm reading this a day late, but please know that you have my prayers as well. I have to go in Dec. for my own checkup so this is on my mind as well.
