May's Recipe Round-Up

This month's Round Up is hosted by Ann at Whatever Things... and the theme is Recipes Around the World. Ann is encouraging us to contribute "recipes unique either to the part of the world or country you live or where you’re from originally." I am already thinking about what recipes I can share and I hope you are too! The big day is scheduled for Thursday, May 15th and I can't wait to see what everyone comes up with!
