I love walking in the Fall, just picking up whatever leaves catch my eye. The maples are lovely right now and the brown oak sets off those brighter colors perfectly.
When we lived in WI I loved collecting them too, and using them for Fall decorations in my home. We have lots of pine here in CO, but I sure miss the gorgeous maple and oak leaves. So much that I once had someone send me a box of them! Weird, huh?
